Benjamin Temple Dickinson moved to Glasgow with his brother Thomas sometime around the turn of the 18th century. Benjamin Temple lived on the Falling Timber Road with his wife, Betsy Harris and their 4 children. Betsy died in 1821 at a young age. Benjamin Temple turned to heavy drinking and was not able to care for his children. The court bound (Indentured) them to others to learn a trade. Benjamin Temple married two other woman but had no other children.
